Evaluation of Traffic and Transportation Projects
Survey consists of responses from 27 transportation professionals at transportation agencies regarding the evaluation of transportation and traffic engineering projects. Questions/topics include:
- How did you involve the public in your evaluation/prioritization of projects?
- What evaluation/prioritization techniques are applied by transportation agency to determine the best projects to fund? Please include the type of agency applying the technique, a description of the technique, the main advantages and disadvantages of the technique, and a rating of how satisfied you are with the technique.
- What do you consider to be the most important dos and don’ts when conducting an evaluation of alternative transportation projects and/or prioritizing projects?
